Construction Milestones.

We continue to make headway on the Mountain Oak site, despite the mixed weather Queenstown has been experiencing. Stewart Civil has shaped up the North boundary and prepped the platform for some big cages.

Francis Ward, in partnership with Complete Reinforcing, set up and are plugging away at the foundation pads that are all over the place; and CLL Service and Solutions has completed 253 strands and 4320 metres of concrete piles. Plus, after lots of planning, permits, and correspondence, Smith Crane & Construction has put another tower crane up in the air.

May-July 2025

We are well on our way to being in the swing of things with our various contractors. We have been working with Alliance Services, who has been entrusted to air vac the trenches and prep the site for the utility providers to do their thing.

At the same time, Stewart Civil has been undertaking civil construction work like excavations; and recently completed the first stage of earthworks. CLL Service and Solutions – a piling and foundation specialist – have started their testing methods.
