  • Yes. Your 10% deposit will be held in the developer’s solicitors trust account securely and independent of the developer. Net interest is accrued until settlement and will be credited to you and deducted off your purchase price on settlement.

  • Yes. This fee covers common areas, building insurance, and annual and long-term maintenance.

  • No. Our contract pricing is set so we will not come back and ask for more money once the contract is signed.

  • Potentially, yes. But that depends on what the requested change is and where we are at in the construction process. Any changes may incur additional costs.

  • Yes, but only if what we have spec'd is no longer available or is replaced by a new product.

  • Yes. Our unitised curtain wall is a key element in our ability to provide a watertight building.

  • Yes. However, this is subject to body corporate approval.

  • We have a rubbish bin area on the ground floor that will have regular collections.

  • Each room will be fibre ready and have a Chorus ONT box for you to simply connect your modem. All TV outlets will have a data point for smart TV connection back to your modem.
